The Role
- Draft, analyse and review Policy Wordings and contracts and suggest improvements, clarifications and enhancements to the Account Manager/ Account Executive/ Client as required
- Ensure that the coverage being sought from Underwriters clearly and unambiguously meets the clients demands and needs
- Develop and maintain a suite and library of WTW Aerospace wordings, clauses and accompanying slip templates to promote best practise
- Provide support and training to Account Managers and Brokers to enhance the technical capabilities of the department and to develop, implement and maintain a training plan to ensure the level of technical competency in the BU is at the required level and that new associates receive the necessary support in their development
- Design and implement technology-led initiatives to streamline the placement process with regards to the issuance of timely and accurate contractual documentation to clients
- Assist in the design and development of new WTW Aerospace products
- Assist in the technical analysis of existing coverage during RFPs
The Requirements
- Degree level qualification
- Technical knowledge of coverages, clauses and wordings is preferable but not essential
- Strong eye for detail
- Problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels
