Job Description: Hello, I am a young lady who requires an enabler to support me to get out and about in the community for 6 hours per week on Mondays & Wednesdays from 10am – 1pm. I live with my Family in Bedlington. If you would like to work in a rewarding role, in a friendly and family orientated setting, we would love to hear from you. Training :
If you have caring and compassionate qualities, then you don’t need any previous care experience as you will learn all your new skills in your new role. Full training will be provided until you feel competent to work by yourself. Main duties:
- Supporting me with -Visiting a cat or dog cafe
- Ice skating
- A beach walk or forest walk
- Visiting the Hancock Museum or The Baltic to see the Art
- Visiting a comic book in Newcastle
- Visiting Kirkley Hall or somewhere else with animals
- Personal specification: Positive outlook
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Honest and reliable.
- Respect confidentiality.
- Ability to both take instructions and use own initiative.
- Sense of humour and outgoing
