Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for likeminded people to join our team of Quality Supporters, to enable our Experts by Experience (Quality Assessor) ensure that people with a learning disability are receiving the support they desire. You will support our Quality Assessors who have a lived experience of support, to carry out their job of peer led quality checking support people receive. Based at home in the Chippenham area, with local travel, expand your existing experience by supporting someone with a learning disability to do their job. Meet new people whilst helping others have a voice about the support they receive. The Quality Company is led by people with a learning disability. Our Dream is to enable people with a learning disability have a voice about their support Using a person-centred approach, we will empower people with a learning disability to live the lives they choose. Your role will involve;
- Help plan quality checks
- Attend online quality checks
- Attend quality checks in person
- Support the quality check process
- Enable the Quality Assessor to complete detailed reports from the view of someone with a lived experience of learning disability
- No previous experience or qualifications required. Full training will be provided
- Good Knowledge of what a great support plan would include

- Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
