Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Gestaltung innovativer Human-Machine-Interface (HMI)-Konzepte
- Konzeption von Bedien-, Anzeige- und Dialogsystemen unter Berücksichtigung von Ergonomie, Usability und Nutzerbedürfnissen
- Erstellung und Pflege von GUI-Konzepten, Design-Richtlinien, Styleguides und Golden Rules
- Spezifikation und Dokumentation von HMI-Funktionen mittels Wireframes, State-Charts, Widget- und Animationskatalogen
- Begleitung der Umsetzung bis zur Serienreife und Sicherstellung der konzeptionellen Qualität
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design, Elektrik/Elektronik, Softwareentwicklung sowie weiteren Fachbereichen
- Steuerung und Abstimmung von HMI-Spezifikationen mit externen Entwicklungspartnern und Lieferanten
- Moderation interdisziplinärer Workshops und Abstimmungsgremien
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Medieninformatik, Informatik, Interaktions-/Informationsdesign, Fahrzeugtechnik,
- Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3–5 Jahre) in der Entwicklung komplexer User Interfaces, idealerweise im Automotive- oder Nutzfahrzeugumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Ergonomie, Usability und nutzerzentrierten Entwicklungsmethoden
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von HMI-Konzepten, GUI-Spezifikationen und digitalen Bedienkonzepten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
- Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsprozessen und Projektmanagementmethoden von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Visio) sowie gängigen Design- und Prototyping-Tools
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen
