You must have patience, as you will be required to deal with demanding customers and difficult situations. And most of all, you must enjoy being a team player. Our company is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great service, who can work well in a team environment, and who enjoy challenges and variety.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and suggest dishes that may be suitable for customers.
- Be able to identify foods that cause allergic reactions in people.
- Provide quality customer service to all guests.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Follow the restaurant's policies regarding food handling.
- Deliver food to the tables in a timely manner.
