Health and care partner organisations across South Yorkshire are committed to the delivery of improved health outcomes for the residents of the region through development and delivery of a world class health and care system.
There are four places across South Yorkshire: Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield working together in an Integrated Care System. Workstreams are taking place at both place level and South Yorkshire level to co-ordinate care in the most effective way.
