Position Overview & Specifications
A wide range of treatments are carried out treatment of benign and malignant breast disease, oncoplastic surgery and breast reconstruction.
Participation in the emergency on call service for post-operative patients is expected. The post involves non-resident on-call at 2nd on-call level.
The main base for this post will be Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline although travel to the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy and Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert will be required. Breast Surgery is a specialty within the Planned Care Directorate which is part of the Acute Services Division.
