Responsibilities of Site Manager
- Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee and manage soft landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- You will motivate and manage a team of landscaping professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and address any issues or challenges that arise.
- You will ensure your team are motivated to deliver high quality services in line with client’s expectations.
