Position Overview & Specifications
The team support the fractured neck of femur pathway and have established close links with the acute orthopaedic team and the community therapy services.
Car owner/driver essential, subject to the provisions of the Equality Act (2010)
- Completing comprehensive and holistic new patient assessments
- Designing individual rehabilitation plans and goal setting.
- Delivering and adapting physiotherapy interventions.
- Co-ordinating discharge
- Equipment provision and ordering
- Supervising TA and rotational band 5s
- Clinical education of students on placement
- Collaboration with MDT
