Production Operative
Our Production team are critical to the smooth running of our operations, providing comprehensive knowledge and technical skill. We're looking for passionate Operators to join our team and have some fun along the way!
Total Potential Earnings
£25,490.92 inclusive of 17.5% Shift Premium
(£23,218.00 equates to £11.16 per hour, inclusive of the 17.5% shift premium)

Hours of Work:
Working 40 hours per week on one of the following shifts:
Alternating shifts – 06:00 to 14:00 / 13:55 to 21:55

Assisting Operators to achieve departmental targets- Comprehensive training to become a fully qualified Machine Operator
- Following Health & Safety guidelines
- Ensuring good levels of housekeeping are maintained within the departments
- Transporting product / materials as required
- Ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards are met
- Completing any relevant documentation
- Maintaining the working area to a safe, hygienic standard
- Inspecting product to quality standards
- Cleaning to the required standards
- Removing waste as and when required
Ingredients that you bring with you:
Previous experience in Food Manufacturing or wider manufacturing (Beneficial)- Awareness / Knowledge of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene standards
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable and supportive team player
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
