My client is a leading London Market Insurer and they are looking for a Business Management Support Analyst to support the Head of Operations and the COO Business Manager with various project and adhoc central support activities; this includes coordination for department driven initiatives, in addition to project and general BA support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports (PPT / Word / Excel) for management consumption / presentations
- Work with wider Operations and COO teams to collect, prepare and present relevant information
- Co-ordinate and deliver small central projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Organises, attends, and participates in meetings
- Where appropriate, documents meeting outcomes, including meeting minutes, actions, and risk/remediation logs
- Engages with stakeholders to collect and document follow ups to meeting actions
- Supports the integration of change management practices
Required skills/ experience:
- Strong organisation skills
- Ideally some Business Analysis skills
- Professional Services/ Insurance experience preffered
- Ability to dissect problems and solve independently
- Collaborative across all levels of the organisation
- Communication skills – both written and oral
- Able to learn new technologies to be used for project management
- A proven ability to communicate effectively with different levels of staff
- Strong documentation and presentation skills (PPT, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise
