Schedule: Various shift patterns over the summer
Rate: £10.40 - £11.66
Interview/ Induction Location: FGH Head Office - White Cross Industrial Estate, Alston House, Lancaster LA1 4XQ

Main Duties
- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
- Crowd control/people management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
- Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
- Report any suspicious behaviour.
- Egress control.
- Directing customers around the site.
