Special Memories Baby Loss –
Send out invitations for service and maintain records of those wishing to attend
Work alongside the Chaplaincy Team to manage the Special Memories Books
Receive and produce the new pages for the special memories books on both sites
Community Bereavement Counselling –
Receive and process referrals
Assist to maintain the filing systems relating to this service - this is a paper light office and much is on spread sheets, etc.,
Maintain links with volunteers
Respond to phone messages and e-mails relating to this service.
Update and maintain signposting directory.
Booking of counselling rooms
