As ‘Reservation & Events Agent’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!
You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
What you’ll be doing- Top quality customer service

- Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online
- Proactive in seeking and converting enquiries into sales
- Processing, amending and updating bookings as required
- Show rounds for new and prospective customers
- Maximising revenue through upselling
- Develop lasting relationships with clients and generate repeat business
