As a Telecommunications Field Engineer, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' telecommunications networks, providing technical support, and resolving any issues that may arise. This is a field-based role, requiring travel to various client sites within the South of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications systems, including network equipment, routers, switches, and telephone systems
  • Conduct site surveys and assess client requirements to determine optimal solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications equipment, both remotely and on-site
  • Perform regular maintenance checks, upgrades, and repairs to ensure system efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
  • Provide training and technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
