Nature of the Company: Chamomile Care Ltd is a privately owned domiciliary care agency which has recently joined the industry. Our key players have a collaborative experience within the health and social care industry of some 36 years. We have all been Care Workers so fully understand the pressures that Care Workers face and feel.

We would like to make a difference to the Care Worker's life, as well as the Service Users. We are a friendly bunch and our door is always open for Care Workers to come in and have a chat.

We aim to become leaders within the industry focusing on quality care for our Service Users and training and developing our Care Workers to a very high standard.

Chamomile Care offers a range of services to people who require help and support to remain independent in their own homes, including personal care. All Service Users will have their own person-centred care plan, because everyone is different.

All Care Workers will receive the training and development that is necessary to meet the needs of the care plans, and will be supported to do any extra training that they would like to do.
Responsibilities: After the tough few years we have all had, you can take the lead and make a change by doing something to help others in the community.
