Job Overview: As the Head of Recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company has the right talent to meet the demands of our fast-paced and busy environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building a talented and diverse workforce. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization.
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the company and equipped for success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment legislation to ensure compliance and inform recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to expand the talent pool and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.
