Cleaning Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to be a part of our integral team at The Dale Barracks, Chester CH2 4BD

• Yearly salary of £24,000
• Full time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Shifts range between 7am-5pm

• Based out of Chester but looking after 25 smaller sites around Manchester and Liverpool, visiting once a month to ensure standards are kept, delivering chemicals, meeting customers, arranging rotas to cover holidays/sickness and ensure all training is completed.
• Managing and supervising your team to ensure the highest standards are being met consistently
• To manage PPE and cleaning materials for the team
• To conduct meetings with the operating team to identify training requirements
• Assist with preparation for payroll and arrange cover during sickness and holidays
• Complete audits on a daily basis and prepare monthly KPI reports.
• Ensure all equipment is used and stored as necessary
• Be familiar with health and safety practices
• Efficiently report any deficiencies or issues with equipment
• Check equipment is safe and working
  

• Must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided for the past 5 years.
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence for manual vehicle
• Basic DBS required
• Previous experience of cleaning and managing a team is essential
