Position Overview & Specifications
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Algar Lodge Farm Shop and Café. We are a family-run business that has been open since November 2020 and we have been growing ever since. We are a large farm shop filled with a variety of local and artisan produce, with an in-house deli, butchery, Café, and bakery products either handmade in-house or by loved and trusted Kent producers.
We are seeking a self-motivated, friendly, enthusiastic individual to work in our Farm Shop.

The role:
- To serve customers on the till in a warm and professional manner
- To assist with customer queries
- To put away deliveries
- To ensure the shop floor
- remains clean and presentable at all times
Experience in a similar role is essential.
This position can be full-time OR part-time. Shifts will include weekdays and some weekends.
